Space Scooter

Yesterday in my dream I saw a space scooter. Most probably inspired by the scene from the movie "Dr. Strangelove" where Major 'King' Kong would ride a nuclear missile. I Googled the term "Nasa Space Scooter" and found the concept developed by Nasa in 1970s. The astronauts, out of the station would utilize ‘space scooter’ to ferry them around, such as for docking with another satellite. Anyone volunteering to turn this idea into reality. The scooters would also be used by the space tourists as well. Like the Jet Skis on a touristic resort.
