The recent record of The Zephyr, high-altitude platform station aircraft produced by Airbus made me think. How about a high-altitude helicopter with contra-rotating rotors. A combination of Zephyr and Ingenuity Mars Helicopter
The stratospheric flight has many benefits. You may read them on AALTO's website. On the other hand, the most obvious benefit of a helicopter would be its stationary position compared to a plane. Even though, the world record for the highest altitude flight in a helicopter is 12,442 meters, I believe a special design drone can reach stratosphere.
A helicopter design would have more surface area on its rotors for electric generation and air lift compared to planes. High altitude contra-rotating helicopters would also work in collaboration with high altitude balloons and further enhance their benefits.
